1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Return shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
